Florida
Florida has fully used its 2009 and 2010 QSCB allocation. There were seven large QSCB projects for school districts in Florida, including Osceola County $40.5 million, Palm Beach $67.4 million, and Miami $96.3 million. The program is described as a “big hit” in Florida. QZABs have been used in Florida since the program began in 1998.
