Massachusetts
The QSCB allocations for 2009 and 2010
are being used by
Massachusetts as the central issuer of school construction debt.
QZAB allocations, as always,
depend on contributions at the
eligible school districts. Massachusetts
fully uses
the QZAB program. QZABs have been used
significantly in Massachusetts
by charter schools.
QSCBs are fully utilized by the state
for their school
construction programs. In 2010 Massachusetts issued its QSCB allocation
for 3
projects:
-
$151 million for the Massachusetts
School
Building Authority June 2010
- Springfield
- $17.9 June 2010
- Boston
-
$17.4 million March 2010
