According to the Michigan Department of Education over the last two years QSCB and QZAB funds have provided Michigan school districts with the capacity to make major upgrades, renovations, and build new facilities. Thirty seven school districts in Michigan are using QSCB allocations ranging from Gratiot County (Ithaca) at $3.5 million to Wayne County (Detroit) at $160.9 million. Michigan historically has fully utilized the QZAB program
