reserved the 2009 QSCB for state level school purposes.
Statewide QSCB bonds were issued for $147
million, $250 million and $133 million. New
York is distributing
the 2010 QSCB funds to LEA's. Funds are
distributed based on the LEA’s percentage of eligibility for free and
reduced
price lunch. New York
has allocated all of the available QZAB allocations to school
renovation
projects.
