North Carolina
North Carolina awarded each LEA a minimum of $1 million for the 2009 QSCB program. Many North Carolina districts issued QSCBs in 2010 ranging from Wake County at $34.9 million and Forsyth County at $26.4 million to Mount Airy City at $238,000. North Carolina used its 2009 QZAB allocations. QZAB interest has not yet reached the same level in 2010.
