North Dakota

North Dakota is using the 2009 and 2010 QSCB allocations.  Eight school districts used QSCBs in 2010 ranging from $ 1.4 million at Morton County (Mandan) PSD No 1 to $14.4 million at Cass County (Kindred) PSD No. 2. North Dakota has used the QZAB program since it started in 1997.
